The gallery has put together a retrospective of prints, sculptures and drawings, highlighting the exceptional work of Kenojuak Ashevak. She was the most successful and identifiable artist to emerge from the Kinngait studios. Her iconic images have been exhibited at museums all over the world; Ashevak was the instrumental in putting Northern work on the stage as relevant contemporary Canadian art.
